Abstract
Developments and Innovations in Thermoset Powder Coatings

Powder coatings are not new, they have been used in a variety of application for decades, but some of the technologies are new.  This paper will introduce some of the latest innovations and developments in thermoset powder coatings.  The focus will be on innovative developments for extreme corrosion resistance applications, high performance coatings for UV protection, and applications where powder is being used on heat sensitive substrates.  Today powder coatings are being used in more applications than ever before and some of the innovations that are leading the way for powder will be discussed here.
